effective: (08/01/2026)The service. Far Reach LLC provides weather and marine conditions alerts by SMS to members who opt in. Alerts are generated from public forecast data and delivered when conditions meet the thresholds you select.
SMS program. By providing your mobile number and opting in, you consent to receive recurring conditions alerts and occasional account messages from Far Reach. Message frequency varies with conditions — typically 2-6 messages per week. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to cancel. Reply HELP for assistance or contact captain(at)farreachoutposts.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Subscriptions. Paid tiers bill monthly through Stripe and can be canceled anytime; founding-rate pricing is locked for the life of continuous membership.
Important — conditions are forecasts. Far Reach alerts are based on weather models and are informational only. Forecasts can be wrong. You are solely responsible for your own safety decisions on the water. Far Reach LLC is not liable for decisions made based on alert content.
